| My son dropped his F-350 diesel off for service and state inspection. We got a call from Heidi, saying the truck needed a tie-rod replaced in order to pass inspection. I said go ahead and do the work. Later, my son reminded me he had an extended warranty that covered wear-and-tear. I called Heidi and gave her the warranty info and she took care of contacting the warranty company and coordinating everything. As far as I am concerned , she went above and beyond in taking care of us. We will continue to use Kaz for automotive needs. |
